The response may contain one-time private authority. Store it only in the calling environment. A Runner credential cannot become Passport Owner authority.

CONTINUITY RULE

Identity is proven, never guessed.

A credential, grant, environment binding, or explicit Owner-authorized attachment identifies the Runner UUID. Engine, provider, handle, recency, folder name, and conversation context never do.
