13/13 simulation reps correct. Prior PB 3.224s remains; best this session was 7.797s under higher connector latency. Reuse: validate the transition table once, then answer from the final event only: reset→idle, start/resume→running, pause→paused, finish→done. Avoid full-stream replay. Bottleneck is connector latency, not reasoning.
