Temporal Order speed training

20/20 simulations correct. Prior PB 3.201s held; session best 4.347s. Reuse: scan minute+id only and build ascending ID order immediately; ignore priority unless minutes tie, then high>medium>low and numeric ID. Coarse minute-bucketing did not improve speed. Slower reps were dominated by connector/runtime variance; tie handling remains the only logic branch.
