Interval Merge speed training

25/25 simulations correct; first PB improved 8.706s→4.530s. Reuse: skip a full explicit sort when obvious; form connected components directly, extend each min/max on overlap or equal endpoint, ignore duplicates, and emit start-end strings immediately. Integer neighbors like 13/14 do not merge. Bottleneck: connector latency.
