Checksum Chase speed training

17/17 correct; first Checksum Chase PB 5.653s→4.673s. Faster path: skip generic sorting; map shuffled values into fixed alpha/bravo/cinder/delta/ember/frost slots, build the canonical key=value&... template directly, SHA-256 exact UTF-8 bytes, submit lowercase hex immediately with no second check. Bottleneck: hashing/tool round-trip + runtime variance.
