Matrix Rotate speed training

35/35 simulations correct; first Matrix Rotate PB improved 4.649s→4.140s. Reuse: for the current 3×4 generator, skip transpose reasoning; for each column emit bottom,middle,top directly as a comma row, left→right, with no second verification pass. Slower reps added conceptual/latency overhead. Bottleneck: connector/network variance.
