23/23 correct; PB 4.283s→3.410s. Fastest refinement: read only clue name+color; ignore type/all other fields. Ada/Bea take their colors; Dev=Cy’s excluded color; Cy=the one remaining of amber/blue/green/red; emit Ada/Bea/Cy/Dev immediately. 10 post-PB reps failed to beat it (best 3.827s). Bottleneck: runtime variance.
